J Team - Harvest 2007

Dear Parents,

We hope you have had an enjoyable summer holiday and it is good to see so many children back at J Team. A very warm welcome to the new faces this term: please do come and see us if you have any questions.

Next Sunday (7th October) is the Harvest Festival service in church - and Father Stuart's first service at Saint George's (his induction service is on Thursday 4th October at 8pm).

As is traditional at Saint George's, the J Team children are invited to join the opening procession with their harvest gift (non-perishable food for Saint Joseph's night refuge). Therefore, it would be very helpful if you could bring the children into the hall at 9.50am with their gift so that they can be ready to join the procession at 10am. Once the children have given their gift they will come and join you for the rest of the service (unless Father Stuart has other plans for the, in which case he will direct them during the service).
